Hello All,
Well sorry I have not been able to post recently. I have been spending alot of time with My Queen and My Lil' Angel. I do have some news.

Her dad said Yes it just took two months and him seeing how we are together, and of course me moving across country for her. lol. Anyway he said yes I could marry My Queen and that very day I asked My Queen to marry me.

planing a wedding is so crazy especially when you don't have money. but we have set the date. it's August 8th, 2009. The place is in washington state. We have the tickets but everything else is up in the air at this time. I'm going to see about working at day labor for some extra cash.

Congratulations on your engagement. I hope the two fo you will be very happy. I have a few questions for you, Ken. I’ve been trying to encourage a close relative of mine (she’s black) to get back into the dating game again, but this time, to include men of other races. It seems like many of these dating websites don’t have men fill in their profiles what races of women they would like to date. How will she be able to tell which non-black guy is open to dating women outside his race and who isn’t? It seems nowadays, most women don’t just wait for guys to read their profiles and initiate contact; women also do the initiating, but who would want to be wasting time emailing non-black guys who only wan to date within their race? Do you know of any dating websites where guys are asked when filling their profiles to specify which races of women they want to go out with? Also, what dating website did you and your fiancee meet on?

Create the profile using the same standards...short, sweet & friendly...The only thing I would do differently as a BW is put in the heading of the ad...Something to the effect of "Race Unimportant" "Race Not An Issue"...The men who are open to dating IR and find u attractive will come...

my response. when it comes to the dating websites you have to have things in the headline that will let them know who you are. things like "wild 34 african Queen" or Strong Black woman seeks Strong man. from my knowlegde many of the web sites don't list race because of possible legal issues. they allow you to pist a pocture and leave it at that. then when some one looks if they are interested thay contact you.

Well as some one stated and I restated have the title of your page say your race. This will let others know and if they are interested thay will contact you. as for the waiting well there is not much i can say about that I waited 5 years to have the woman of my dreams. my best response to that is live day to day and don't worry about what you don't have. work, p[lay and enjoy life each in thier own moderation. and everything will come to you. if you like a guy talk to hiom maybe he will like you too. as for waiting for a guy to talk to you being shy is sometimes a good thing but being a introvert may come across as strange.

Also, what dating website did you and your fiancee meet on?

We did not meet on the net I was introduced to her by my cousin/ her high school friend.
